GENERAL:

1.Who can attend these workshops?
It is open to everyone – parents, grandparents, teachers, child care providers, educators.

2. Are there limited seats?
Yes, the workshop will have a maximum of 50 participants.

3. Is the workshop specific to parents or teachers of children in a particular age group?
The workshop will be relevant to those working or interacting with children of all ages.

4. What would I learn from these workshops?
a.In the workshop on anger management you will learn how to be in touch with your own feelings and express yourself in ways that are not hurtful and damaging to your child. You will also work on healing yourself if there is deep rooted anger from your childhood. The workshop will equip you to teach your child to manage his/ her emotions and self regulate.
b.In the workshop on discipline and setting limits you will be able to clarify your ideas on what kinds of limits children need and how to set these limits with love and empathy. How to set limits without having to use power or authority over your child and maintain the connection you wish to have with the child.

5.Is it necessary to attend both workshops? Can I attend one and not the other?
Each of the workshops is a stand alone session which is complete in itself. Hence you can attend both or any one of the workshops.

6.Can I bring my child to the workshops?
We are sorry, we are not providing care for children.
